Orders can only be cancelled before shipment or production starts.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Return Requirements

Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Unused item required
Original packaging required
Proof of purchase required

Returns must be approved before shipping back.

One shipping cost applies per order.

No restocking fees apply.

Refund Handling

Refund status will be confirmed after inspection.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
